Scored on how close you land and how few hints you took, so a confident guess on the first rung is worth far more than a certain one on the last.

How a round goes

1. A place appears with one weak hint: what kind of place it is.
2. Drop a pin on the Kerala map whenever you want to commit.
3. Not sure? Take another hint — each one costs you a share of the round.
4. Your score falls off with distance: about half of it gone by 25 km away.
5. Five places make a day, and the whole office gets the same five.
